At Rise Up, we recognize the unique challenges faced by older adults and rise up to meet their needs as they navigate the transition to long term care.

Occupational therapists provide key assessments for wheelchair provision, swallowing, cognition, skin health and wound management. Occupational therapists can also prescribe appropriate equipment to help wounds heal faster and more effectively.
